016. Idha modati pecca modati, katapuñño ubhayattha modati;

so modati so pamodati,

disvā kammavisuddhimattano.

 016. Here he rejoices, hereafter he rejoices. In both states the well-doer rejoices. He rejoices, exceedingly rejoices,
perceiving the purity of his own deeds.
